Poppy Hill - Director of Compliance

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our board of trustees as Director of Compliance. As a trustee, you’ll play a vital role in providing strategic leadership and ensuring robust accountability for the trust's educational and financial performance.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure the trust operates within all regulations, covering areas such as governance, health and safety and information management (including GDPR). While knowledge of education regulations is a plus, it’s not essential.
As a trustee, you will:

Attend regular board meetings and contribute actively to decision-making
Collaborate with fellow trustees, governors, school leaders, and stakeholders to guide the strategic direction
Monitor the school’s performance and hold leadership accountable for delivering exceptional education and outcomes for students
