Student and Family Support Worker

Pay scale: NJC Level 4A Points 11 - 15 £25,979 - £27,803 (actual £21,491 - £23,000)
Hours: 35 hours per week, term time only + 5 training days
Closing date: Wednesday 1st May
Interviews: Week commencing 6th May
Start date: As soon as possible
Our Student & Family Support Workers play a vital role in supporting our students and their  families as they navigate their way through secondary school.  With no two days the same, we are looking for someone who is flexible, highly efficient and organised, who thrives on working in a busy environment. The ideal candidates will be approachable and confident when dealing with everyone within our Henlow family, along with having experience of working with vulnerable students and their families.
